Nan's Parlour: Your Cozy Holiday Escape in Ottawa

Had the BEST experience here over the holiday season! I absolutely love how they’ve decorated it; really adds some holiday charm to the market. Our servers were all really friendly and accommodating; often recommending us their favourite menu items. The holiday cocktails were divine, and the spinach dip was great. We also enjoyed the fries and garlic mayo. The vibe is what drew us in, and I’m so glad we came! Great drinks, great food, great vibes all around.

I had such a great experience at Nans Parlour! This place is so warm and festive, it had a Christmasy vibe that made us feel really in spirit. A big shoutout to Darren, our server who was so sweet and accommodating—he let my friends and me order food even though they were supposed to already be closed. And Mackenzie made amazing drinks! I highly recommend the ‘How the Grinch Soured Christmas’—it was delicious, get it if you like something sour and sweet. Overall, the vibes, food, and service were all fantastic. Huge thanks to Darren and Mackenzie for making our night so memorable and fun. I’ll definitely be back!

Visited this place before the Christmas weekend and had a great time. From the drinks, food, to the exceptional service, everything was perfect. Love the Christmas themed vibe and thanks to Darren for being the best server.

Visited here on a Saturday night to spend time in a place that was a little more relaxed than other options. A great spot for the more introverted crowd who do not want to be in huge groups or have incredibly loud music playing. Very cozy and nostalgic with quick service. Only complaint is that the cocktails are a little bit on the pricier end. However, there are $5 bar rails which is very affordable. There are also games on site that visitors can play which is appreciated.

I visited this amazing Christmas bar tonight, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience! Darren, our server, was incredibly humble and helpful, making sure everything was just perfect for us. His warm and friendly demeanor truly added to the festive atmosphere. Mackenzie, who was at the bar, was equally wonderful—so skilled and welcoming! The place itself was beautifully decorated and full of holiday cheer. Thank you, Darren and Mackenzie, for making our visit so memorable!

Came here for cocktails and tried the Big Pim'pin. The cocktail was alright, the flavors to me felt a bit confused, and for the price I wasn't particularly overwhelmed, it was fine though. The atmosphere was great, a very neat spot with cool decor and vibe. The service was.also confusing, it took a while for a server to come around, nobody would tell us if we should wait to be seated or just take a table.
